The State of REITs
The State of REITs is a monthly publication that thoroughly examines REIT sector data and trends. This data is compiled and presented through graphs, tables, and detailed analysis. It is our belief that inefficiencies exist within the market and that by carefully following the data, alpha can be achieved. Although no specific stock recommendations are made in The State of REITs, it presents the reader with a litany of useful data that they can use to make well-informed decisions regarding which investments are best suited for accomplishing their own personal investment goals.
